Beautiful Weather Sets Stage for A Great Concert
On Thursday, July 18, Bee Parks & The Hornets took the “stage” outside at the Northeast Harbor Marina. Blue skies and a gentle breeze just strong enough to keep the mosquitos away made for a perfect evening outdoors.
For two decades now, The Neighborhood House and Northeast Harbor Library have jointly hosted an event each summer to celebrate their year ‘round collaborative efforts, and this year they were also joined by Island Readers & Writers. The show was free to the public, and the creative and humorous performance of Bee Parks was enjoyed by the hundred or so guests of all ages.
