Swallowfield Hosts Community Cafe

Swallowfield has quickly become a must-stop shopping destination on MDI.

Be sure to join us on Thursday, December 21 when our Main Street neighbors from Swallowfiled, will be generously sponsoring the Community Cafe.

The frigid winter winds will be no match for the steaming bowls of chowder we'll be serving up (your choice of homemade corn chowder, or fish chowder), along with locally made bread provide by Old Dog Baking Company. All that, plus salad and dessert for a suggested donation of just $7 (seniors are invited to join us "on the house.").

Special thanks to Jennifer Judd-McGee of Swallowfield for helping us host this popular event. Jennifer has been actively involved with The Neighborhood House for years, and the creativity she lent to so many of our events is on full display in her store, and on her website.
