Our class begins with a series of active yang poses designed to strengthen and tone your body, increasing stamina and improving balance. The second part of class will slow down, inviting longer holds for flexibility and calming. I welcome all levels. Drawing from my experience as a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist RYT 500, I draw attention to specific muscles, joints and chakras to allow for deeper exploration. I offer modifications to make a pose easier or more challenging, encouraging you to be guided by your body. One on one yoga sessions are also available.
