We are so excited to not only have our gym space running at full speed once again, but to also have a growing slate of class offerings for the community. Below is a round-up of the options available for the summer season…
Community Gym
Open 7 Days a Week; 5:00am-10:00pm
The gym reopened for general public access on June 1, and it’s great to welcome so many members back! For those who had membership time remaining prior to the pandemic, please stop by or give us a call whenever you’d like to have your membership reactivated. Membership is required and you can register and get your access card in our main office during normal business hours. Please remember summer rates go into affect July 1, but memberships can still be obtained prior to that at the standard year ‘round rates.
Yoga for Skillful Living
Thursday & Sunday; 8-9am ($10)
Every Thursday and Sunday, join Richard Parker to explore the six foundational poses that make up well-rounded asana practice, and capped off with several minutes of meditation. The fee is $10/class and all proceeds benefit The Neighborhood House! Online Pre-Registration required.
Tai Chi
Mondays; 8:00-8:45am ($ PAY WHAT YOU WANT)
Get your week started on the right foot with instructor Andrea Lepcio! The practice of Tai Chi can assist with everything from stress relief to improved balance and much more! New faces and all experience levels welcome! There’s no set fee for this class- just pay whatever you’re willing or able.
Mat Pilates
Tuesday & Saturday; 9:15-10:15am ($10)
Hillary Kennedy has returned for another season of Mat Pilates, and you won’t want to miss this great opportunity to strengthen your “powerhouse” muscles and improve strength, flexibility, posture, and more! Asanafit
