Say goodbye to "Old Man Winter" and get set for spring with these March yoga offerings from Mike Bouscaren! On Monday, March 18 from 4:00-5:00pm Mike will lead a session of Passive Yoga Stretch, and the next morning on March 19 at 8:30 everyone is invited back for Divine Play Yoga.

Each session is just $10 with all proceeds going directly to The Neighborhood House. New faces are always welcomed!

About Passive Stretch Yoga:

Passive Yoga Stretch movements complement Divine Play Yoga, but Passive Yoga Stretch is a stand-alone practice not requiring prior yoga experience:

All are welcome !

In these sessions you’ll be relaxing mostly on your back on the yoga mat, following Mike’s gentle movement cues proven to add flexibility to your joints, and to open fluid and energy pathways in your body to create a sense of deep, full, yet wide awake relaxation.

Along with mats and props supplied by Neighborhood House, Passive Yoga Stretch weaves soft, mellow music into the mix, to help you unwind and re-charge. Passive Yoga Stretch will leave you refreshed and smiling – guaranteed !!
