If you’ve been practicing for years or are looking to begin practice— JOIN US! This all levels yoga class will offer slow flows to warm the body, draw attention to the breath and bring relaxed energy to take with you into the world.

We will use yoga props such as blocks, straps and bolsters to make the poses accessible for every shape and size.

Being flexible is NOT a prerequisite for attending yoga- it’s WHY you attend yoga!

Class offered by donation with suggested cash donation $5-$12
