Join instructor Mike Bouscaren for two special sessions of “Passive Yoga Stretch. The first class will be held Friday, Nov. 30 at 4:30, and the second on Tuesday, December 11 at 4:30. Mike will also offer a session of Divine Play Yoga on December 12 from 8:30-9:30am.

Passive Yoga Stretch movements complement Divine Play Yoga, but Passive Yoga Stretch is a stand-alone practice not requiring prior yoga experience:

In these sessions you’ll be relaxing mostly on your back on the yoga mat, following Mike’s gentle movement cues proven to add flexibility to your joints, and to open fluid and energy pathways in your body to create a sense of deep, full, yet wide awake relaxation.

Along with mats and props supplied by Neighborhood House, Passive Yoga Stretch weaves soft, mellow music into the mix, to help you unwind and re-charge. Passive Yoga Stretch will leave you refreshed and smiling – guaranteed !!

Passive Yoga Stretch hour on Friday Nov. 30 offers an ideal warm-up for Saturday’s Frosty 5k fun run.
