Bike Parade & Ice Cream Social
Thursday, July 29 starting at 5:30
Come one, come all! The 21st Annual Bike Parade & Ice Cream Social is set to hit the road on Thursday, July 29! Started on a lark two decades ago as a fun excuse to gather and enjoy ice cream sundaes, the event quickly grew and has become a summertime staple. You won’t want to miss this community celebration which is truly one of the highlights of the season!
“Kids” of all ages are welcome to take part. So whether you want to grab your bike, trike, scooter or wagon and get it decked out for the parade, or just want to savor a homemade hot fudge sundae on the lawn, we invite you to take part in the fun!
5:30PM - Bike Decorating (Outdoors)
We’ll have all sorts of fun decorations available on the lawn so you can get your ride all gussied up for the parade!
6:00PM - The Parade!
We’ll hit the road and make our way from The Neighborhood House up Neighborhood Road to Tracy Road. At the end of Tracy we’ll take a right down Summit Road, onto Main Street, and back to The Neighborhood House!
Sundaes to Follow on the Lawn!
After the short parade wraps up, it’s back to the lawn where our volunteers will be serving up FREE ice cream sundaes! We like to stick to the classics— vanilla ice cream with homemade hot fudge, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry on top!
