Two New Class Offerings with Andrea Lepcio
Last fall and winter we were thrilled to welcome Andrea Lepcio to The Neighborhood House for a series of Blended Yoga Pilates classes. Now that we’re back in the swing of things we’re delighted to have Andrea back with us for TWO new classes for the season!
Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, as she is certified personal trainer as well as certified in Mat Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, and TRX. If you have any questions or would like specific details about her classes, you can contact her via email.
Aging in Motion with Andrea
Tuesdays; 9:00-9:45am | $10
Aging happens, but we can make conscious choices to age well. In this class we’ll move for cardio and use our bodyweight for strength training in a fun combination. The class is suitable for every fitness level; exercises will be modified to make them easier or harder based on your abilities. From experience, I know we will all get stronger, build stamina, increase flexibility and range of motion together.
Blended Yoga Pilates
Thursdays; 9:00-9:45am | $10
We will unroll our mats to engage our core. Using a blend of yoga forms and Mat Pilates exercises, we will challenge the three layers of core muscles to build new strengths. Before, during, and after, we will stretch from head to toe to increase our flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve muscular balance, increase circulation, improve range of motion, reduce pain, and further engage core strength. This is a friendly and accessible class for everyone. Beginners are welcome.
