We are happy to announce that our fitness offerings are growing. In addition to the Community Fitness Room, which is open seven days a week from 5am to 10pm with lots of membership options, the following classes are offered as well.

Misc. Class Offerings
We are happy to have instructors join us weekly to teach both fencing and karate classes to various ages of students. Please contact us for more information on these programs.

Fitness Room Upgrades:
Thanks to the generosity of one of our Fitness Room Patrons, the treadmills and elipticals were recently updated with the latest models from Precor and LifeFitness. Additionally, a new bench has been added, and we’re working with “Gronk Fitness” to upgrade the free-weights and medicine balls. Stop by and we'd be happy to give you a tour!

The Neighborhood House depends on private financial support so that it may continue to provide a wide array of programs and events to the entire community throughout the year.
